The Indian lady was rude and couldn’t understand English well. They don’t allow guests! We called and was told our room would be ready by 1 pm. We got there and would have paid the 25$ fee to check
I’m early! I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was the last place in Greensboro

I only needed it for 1 night but I’m sure I’ll never stay again, the clerk who checked me in was very nice though. There was a roach in the shower, the microwave didn’t work, the quality of the tv was terrible so I barely watched it, the towels were dingy and dirty looking. You can clearly tell that the room wasn’t cleaned properly, definitely won’t be staying again

The service was friendly and the room was clean. However, I had a some issues. The free Internet service was the worst I've ever had at ANY hotel. It would quit working on several occasions. Also, the microwave was so outdated, I didn't know if I had it working correctly at first. The hotel is okay overall, yet, I likely will not return.

This hotel has had recent renovations and was clean. It's obviously not the Hilton but it's a pleasant and comfortable hotel

The property was truly in terrible condition and should not be recommended at all until a complete rehab has been completed.
The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful.
But there's little they can do when the physical place is as bad as it was. Very surprised Windham lends it's name to this.

Room was fairly clean. Outside had garbage piled up around the cans. They were not emptied the entire time we were there. The bath tub tile surround was falling apart. And it advertises free breakfast. The first day that consisted of 2 juice boxes and 4 granola bars for all the guests. The next day was just the 2 juice boxes. I didn't bother to check the last day. Should not say there is breakfast when there isn't. Very dishonest. For 100 a night it should be at least a danish.

Front desk manager was very professional and positive. It was pleasant to check-in with her. Room is clean. We found everything we needed in the room- fridge, microwave, coffee machine, enough number of towels, shampoo, soap, cups for coffee and tea. Everything was working properly. Great place to stop for the night. Breakfast was included!!! Super 8- great job 👏
