Unauthorized charges. Making excuses as to why I am being charged. Do not recommend.

Breakfast was fantastic. Clean room and definitely would stay there again. One pitfall was there was no microwave in the room, so you had to use the one down stairs.

Breakfast service consistently ended 30–45 minutes earlier than the posted closing time, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The hotel also does not provide extra pillows, and any additional sheets or towels require guests to go down to the lobby themselves—even when these items should have been stocked based on the number of people registered for the room. When we first checked in, we walked into a room with a strong musty, damp odor. The front desk agent told us there were no other rooms available, which felt unlikely. The next day, we discovered water seeping up through the floor and reported it to a different staff member. Fortunately, he took the issue seriously and moved us to another room. However, the leak and the resulting room change forced us to postpone our planned events for the day, which significantly disrupted our schedule and spoiled what should have been an enjoyable day.

We stayed here for 5 nights, visiting family in the area. The hotel location was great. Breakfast each morning was great. The staff was kind and welcoming. It was unfortunate that the pool was not ready for use. But the rooms were big and spacious for our family and they were able to provide a pack and play for our little one. We would definitely stay again. The manager and receptionist were attentive and kind!

The room was larger than expected and very nicely arranged. There was a small kitchenette that was very nice. Real coffee cups and glasses were there along with a small sink and coffee maker. It had a nice sofa, work desk, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great stay!

Loudest hotel ever! The walls were paper thin; I could hear the people talking in the next room and they weren’t particularly loud. Garbage collection on Friday was super early in the morning that you could hear their truck and dumpsters. The elevator was super slow. Breakfast was supposed to be 630-930 and at 845 everything had been picked over and more was never put out so we ate a green banana and stale bagel. Won’t stay here again.

Front desk, manager both very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and were very helpful. Breakfast was better than okay but more egg and meat selection is needed. Room was clean and no complaints.

My stay was a great one . Impressed with my room. The cleanliness, and the staff,plus check out time was twelve , most hotels are eleven. Im sold on the service, will be back. Oan, will share my experience with friends.
