GRAND NEW CENTURY HOTEL GUANGDE

The last stop of this May Day trip was in Guangde, and we specially booked two luxury suites. But the overall stay experience is very poor. I spent more than a thousand per room to book a suite, but what I got was probably the service of a budget hotel, which is very, very not worth it. First of all, I called the hotel to confirm the day before and on the day of check-in. We will definitely check in, but the arrival time will be relatively late, so please be sure to reserve a room. We arrived in Guangde after 8pm and checked in at the hotel, so I think we should have given the hotel enough time to clean the room. But after check-in, the refrigerator in one suite was locked? ? ? It's very unreasonable. There were passengers checking in that day but the refrigerator was locked. What does it mean? There were no snacks or drinks in the refrigerator in another suite. It was completely empty, but the room I booked included drinks and snacks in the freezer. After staying in the two suites, the residual smell of decoration in the room was still very strong, but there was no air purifier or other equipment in the room, indicating that the room was not ventilated seriously, or that there were fewer passengers staying in the suite. Not long after I moved in, I felt uncomfortable in my throat. In one of the suites, there was no trash can, and only two bathrooms had small trash cans. Routine maintenance of hardware equipment is poor! When I took a shower at night, I found that the water in the shower was very small. The reason was that the shower head was broken and leaking! I can't understand that in a newly opened hotel, the smell of decoration residue is so strong. The shower is broken. No one has done daily inspections and repairs when it is broken. It shows that the management of the hotel is very poor. Once again, the experience is very bad! What happened after checking out the next day was ridiculous! We left the hotel at 11 o'clock. Before leaving, I called the front desk through the room phone and informed us that both rooms were checked out now and the room cards were left in the room. Please let them know. The front desk responded well. And off we went. Then at around two o'clock, around three o'clock, and around four o'clock in the afternoon, we received calls from the hotel, asking us whether to check out or extend the room. We told again and again that we had informed the front desk in the morning that we had checked out and left our room card in the room. However, there was no communication between the hotel staff at all and they kept calling us to ask us the same thing over and over again. It was really funny! ! It was a very bad experience, especially since I wanted to choose a better hotel and book two comfortable rooms to end the seven-day trip comfortably, but it turned out to be the worst experience in the entire trip. It's far less comfortable than a B&B with a few hundred bucks. Very disappointed and will not choose to stay here again. The only thing that was okay was that the breakfast tasted okay, but there was only one coffee machine, there was a long queue, and I didn't get any drink in the end. I didn’t take any photos of the hotel because the experience was too bad, but I still recommend visitors to Tai Chi Cave and Muzi Villa for dining.

五一假期去到安徽小城廣德，山山水水非常愜意。選擇了開業不久的開元名都酒店，房間乾淨舒適，服務員態度也很好，尤其是五樓的健身房讓我印象深刻。舒適的裝修，專業的設備，乾淨的泳池讓人心情放鬆，比一線城市大型連鎖健身房好太多。值得一提的是有幸得到健身房老闆張建的細心指導（回來後查了一下才知道他居然是全國冠軍），完全沒有因為我們衹是酒店的住客而區別相待。就沖這個健身房，以後有機會一定會再去廣德旅遊並選擇入住開元名都酒店。

房間環境衞生，床很舒適，枕頭有點高，有小辦公桌，軟沙發，硬件設施一應俱全，有地下車庫，直接上酒店不用淋雨；服務貼心，前台小藺辦理入住速度很快，還熱情加私信（任何問題及呼叫都可以在微信上聯繫），免費送歡迎水果，冰箱裏零食飲料都免費。晚上淋浴房的水滲漏外地面，小藺第一時間請阿姨來清理乾淨，阿姨也是客客氣氣地説打擾了；桐汭印象餐廳環境優雅，菜色豐富且味道鮮美，不是這裏特色的小青龍也有不凡的表現。唯一不足的是早餐略顯單調，可挑選的品種不多，性價比不高。

環境：酒店很新，交通非常便利，窗景很不錯 設施：智能管家不錯。建議酒店在洗手池邊放個垃圾桶，對於習慣使用一次性毛巾的人會方便很多。 衞生：不錯 服務：不錯 總體來説這個價格我認為性價比很高

設施：可以説是嶄新的商務酒店，高端大氣上檔次哈哈哈 服務：可以看出來是有很努力的在服務了，比老牌五星還稍微差點收放自如 健身房的器械很專業，也很齊全 有一個兩條泳道的泳池

房間乾淨整齊，屬於現代化裝修。酒店位置處在比較安靜的地段，晚上開窗睡覺也不會覺得吵。 早餐種類多，有中餐西餐，味道也不錯。 服務熱情周到，唯一不足在於健身房游泳池不是24小時開放。

酒店整體裝修包括佈局我個人蠻喜歡的 窗户外面直接可以看到濱河公園的塔 嘎嘎棒 房間內包括酒店設施都很新 前台小楊小哥哥很熱情 下次來會繼續光顧

酒店地理位置不錯喲，離高鐵站很近，周邊有遊樂場有籃球場還有滑板場地，孩子特喜歡！我們跟着大麓音樂節入住的，早餐豐盛服務到位去安吉也很方便！很贊！
