老牌酒店，大廳豪華，房間設施看起來有點老氣，但不失大氣，很乾凈，也很舒適温暖，對面的西亞廣場僅隔一條馬路，有那麼多美食，值得推薦。

前台服務態度還不錯，超過2點退的也沒收費，好過司某城，住過好幾家酒店，這家床和枕頭很舒服。就是開的時間久了，裝修有點舊。

預訂的全景高級大床房，整體感覺不好。有幾點體驗不太好，希望酒店管理者能加強。否則生意衹能越做越差了。
1.晚上12點多隔壁傳來陣陣笑聲，麻將機聲，隔音效果差，擾民完全無法入睡；
2.嘗試與前台溝通沒有解決辦法，我們自己提議給我們調換房間。
3.結果調換房間時，夜深，保潔阿姨完全不注意別的客人，嗓門巨大，態度惡劣，強制要求我們連夜把東西全部挪到新換房間，聲稱房間還要繼續銷售。而且完全不幫忙搬一點東西；這樣的工作人員會趕跑多少顧客不得而知了，我肯定不會再來第二次；
4.早餐時要求提供煎蛋，工作人員卻簡單粗暴告訴我吃煮雞蛋去。明明她們自己另外一名工作人員説可以做煎蛋；
5.衞生間水龍頭下水漏水，自己排查後發現下水管道脱落。

高速返程路上臨時歇腳住了一晚，服務還不錯，尤其前台小姐姐人很好。但是酒店設施確實太陳舊了，馬桶圈都老化掉皮，淋蓬頭也漏水，沐浴用的拖鞋也有黑斑。衞生狀況也一般，水池邊上有飲料污漬。
