The location is very good . The area is surrounded by restaurants, shopping malls , coffee shops and all what you need you can get it after your trip in Guangzhou. The metro station ( Shipaiqiao )is directly under the building .
The responsible about this apar**ents is very helpful and kind . She helped us for an early check in .

The most strategic place to stay, u can hop off the MRT and take exit C towards wanling plaza. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby

Top location, above Shipaiqiao Subway and surrounded by great street and excellent mall restaurants.
Very disappointed with the cleanliness, the shower glass was covered in soap scum. Shower leaks into the bathroom making it a slip hazard.
We asked for an iron, no ironing board, had to tell them to go out and buy one.
Asked for a multi point power lead they only had an extension lead.
Rather than worry about towel decorations to impress your customers, clean the bathroom please.
