I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Guangzhou Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The property is newly constructed, beautifully designed, and offers a modern and stylish atmosphere that makes it perfect for both relaxation and photo opportunities. The level of service provided was exemplary, and I would like to specifically commend Alan at the front desk. His attention to detail, professionalism, and thorough explanations about the hotel made a significant positive impression. Alan truly demonstrated a high level of competence and dedication to ensuring a seamless guest experience. I highly recommend the Jumeirah Guangzhou Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel room is big and clean. Good enough for two big luggage. The staff is very friendly and helpful to guide us through everything we ask. Location is not convenient if you are taking train. But if you take bullet train this is the right choice to stay. It just 8-10 min away from the bullet train station. Highly recommend if you want to visit others place in china. This is the right one to choose.

The location is good, 5 mins to GZ south station by taxi. Everything is good in this hotel. Zero complaint at all.

We stayed on level 12 with a window. Room is very clean n bed very comfortable. Front desk n cleaning staff are very helpful. I requested twice for additional water. Love the place. Will stay again. Breakfast buffet has few varieties n not fantastic. Staff said it is not walkable so we took a taxi, to Guangzhou South railway station, which is just 5mins drive. Many eateries with good food, just 5mins walk.

Everything with this hotel is perfect. It is a wonderful experience with this hotel service team. Especially, the hotel manager 邝婵霞 Ansa gives us an extremely nice memory for her lovely hart and all kinds help. Since I accidentally fall and my left shoulder was dislocated during my previous trip, Ansa contacted the both Guangzhou and Hangzhou railway stations to ask them to provide help. I have to say she is an excellent manager or team leader. Thanks for her and entire team support.

The location near Guangzhou South is convenient. However, the flushing facility in the toilet is very noisy. The water is not hot enough for a shower, and the pressure of the showerhead needs improvement. Additionally, the quality of the coil spring mattress is lacking; when my husband turned while sleeping, the other side of the mattress shifted.
