주요 관광지들과 거리가 꽤 멉니다.
그리고 호텔 방음이 너무 안됩니다. 복도나 옆방 소리가 너무 크고 시끄러웠어요..

就這個價位而言，酒店總的來説還是不錯的。
優點：
1、酒店服務很好，需要什麼也可以很快送到房間；
2、外賣可以送到房間門口，很方便。
缺點：
1、房間幾乎不隔音，走廊的聲音，樓上説話的聲音都可以聽見；
2、酒店標明是地鐵站店，實際上離地鐵站很遠，走路大概需要十五分鐘；
3、酒店設施比較老舊，床有年代感了；
4、酒店早餐一般，種類較少；
5、電視機比較老舊，也看不了。

在住宿的第2天的傍晚，我對前台説瞭如下的話。
預訂你們酒店網上表明是“吸煙，有浴缸，特大號床”，昨天，當我進入房間沒有浴缸，立即要求換房間。
這次又因為漏水換了房間，為什麼事前不確認這次房間有沒有漏水？
在我説之前，不檢查鑰匙是否能打開，電視是否顯示，浴室的水是否漏水，對我來説是真是難以置信。
住過很多酒店，還是第一次住到這麼差的。
貴店將如何對應和補償？
在住宿的第3天升級為套房了。
但是，又鑰匙不能開，叫了前台人員開了鎖。
廣州電視台等幾個不顯示。
雖然是套房，但是和旁邊的大樓的距離是1米左右。

入住當天接近三點到達酒店 前台告知還沒做好衞生 此時已經取到外賣 上房間放行李 阿姨讓我去其他房間吃 吃完就出門了 當晚回來鋪床單發現有紅紅的 接近一點發短訊想着第二天問清楚 凌晨三點已經入睡被座機吵醒 詢問床單 第二天酒店發短訊詢問床單問題説是紅墨水 放了水果在房間 早餐券也是當晚回來後諮詢後才領取的

服務好，衞生好，硬件好，態度好，環境好，早餐好，保安好。總之每次上廣州出差如果條件允許都是選擇廣州珠江新城天河公園地鐵站這間柏逸酒店，遠近都是首先考慮這一家，特別是保安態度很好。點贊
