冇電視！冇窗戶！走廊窗戶整夜透光！睡眠合不上眼冇覺好瞓！唯一要讚是前台（小陳）十分友善😄說話溫柔👍很為客人着想，起初預訂二晚
但看到房間質素即時減少一晚，因為正直新春所以不敢全退！恐怕當天找不到地點過夜，整體來說不會再光顧明煌酒店！說是酒店但質素差過賓館！簡直係旅店質素！

對賓館裝修的噪音我給予了極大的理解與包容，但在21點45分還在用電鑽，讓我不得不在深更半夜花費130元在另一家旅館睡覺，本人很遺憾，因為睡不好第二天會發高血壓的！希望明煌賓館在今後的營業中要有個底線，不可以太任性哦！

無早餐，不能加床，不適合帶孩子，酒店左邊是菜市場，門口絕對不能停車，也無停車場；房間最差的是小黑屋，加20元升一級才有臨菜場窗，且床單上有毛髮，再加30元才有圖片中的頂級房，床上方牆漆發黴掉殼，且橫樑壓頂，且半夜無熱水，門無拴無半點安全感，對外窗可全開，無防盜網，適合逃生；從外面上下樓道無樓梯護手，安全隱患不用説！

房間設備很陳舊，有的是壞的，燈光灰暗，衞生間要上個大台階，洗完澡下來的時候，很容易滑倒。
浴巾是有幾個破洞的，

價格很便宜。性價非常高了，房間設施都很齊全。乾淨舒服。服務態度好，離陳家祠地鐵站五六分鐘，公交地鐵都非常方便。樓下面有一條街非常多吃的。附近也有兩個廣場購物吃飯，離上下九也很近。周圍遊玩都很方便，還靠近地鐵。既要性價比又要舒適選他最佳。#位置很好##價格划算##服務贊##乾淨衞生
