選擇這裏主要是感覺環境特別好，來了之後也感覺安保什麼的的做的不錯，半夜回來還看到有保安在值班。酒店衞生很好，有充足的陽光和很大的窗户，還有一個飄窗。平常辦公什麼的也有桌子，比那些衹有沙發的好很多，房間裝修應該是新的。

住裏面挺方便的，樓下有好幾個超市，旁邊餐館也多，離地鐵也很近，萬勝圍的好幾個口都在周邊，都是兩三百米的距離，周邊設施很完善，各個方面都很不錯，旁邊就有一個大商場，萬勝廣場也在旁邊。住宿環境也很OK，非常不錯。

住裏面挺方便的，樓下有好幾個超市，旁邊餐館也多，離地鐵也很近，萬勝圍ABD都在公寓旁邊，周邊設施很完善，各個方面都很不錯，我住的那個房間還可以看到廣州塔，樓下有電軌車可以直接到小蠻腰，就是遊覽的那種，還挺適合來旅遊的，最主要是有洗衣機真的很方便，也不怕沒地方曬衣服，感覺都蠻好的，晚上也不吵。

🔔服務：去到店家不在前台，電話也聯繫不上，還是隔壁賓館的前台幫忙安排的房間
🧹衞生：房間一進去就有一衹巨大的老鼠飛奔而過，嚇死了，連忙下去換房間，害怕一晚上

一星半點兒都不想給，服務超級差，坑人錢，**中戰鬥機，衞生極差，床單被套都沒換，還有毛髮，被單毛巾都破了很大洞還在用，發黑發黃！牆皮牆紙脱落，看起來臟兮兮的，還有蟑螂到處爬，都爬到床上了，**至極，都不敢入睡，有史以來最差的入住體驗
