除了找位置費了點勁（沒找到的一定要聯繫老闆！），其它感受都很好，房間户型，衞生都很不錯，而且因為是老廣式那種獨棟改的，所以房子會住的比酒店那種標準型舒服。老闆很熱情，外賣送錯了還幫我到拿外賣！！贊一個，今天考試也很順利

衞生和服務態度好，外環境極差，沒電梯爬三樓，窗户外即是別人的牆，雖然在裝修方面用了心，無奈房間太小，衹夠轉個身，洗澡地方很蹩腳，沒有晾曬衣服的地方，樓下是個很嘈雜的地方，不是什麼小吃街，就是大學生聚集吃飯的地方，不能滿足到廣州旅遊對美食的需求。旁邊的酒店價格都比這裏低，好評不知道怎麼來的，至少對不起這個價格

來考試訂的公寓，老闆非常熱情！環境乾淨整潔，洗漱用品齊全，被褥乾爽舒適，空調也很給力，環境也安靜的，是我訂過的性價比最高的公寓之一了，非常推薦！

一般，除了比較新，真的很一般。廁所有味，晚上睡覺也吵，房間還特別特別小。有一點比較好，毛巾什麼的都有一次性的

價錢便宜，離大學城近
房間乾淨，不過廁所沒有乾濕分離
