Arrived at the hotel and found that it was generally not clean and had mold on the walls. Overall a good hotel for one night's stay if you really need a hotel near Tianhe but, personally I wouldn't stay again.

酒店環境衞生很差，衞生間有非常多的污垢，衞生間的玻璃上都還殘留假睫毛…，地上也有頭髮，床上用品都是檳郎的味道，睡着滿身都癢，隔音也比較差，我把以上情況反饋到前台，前台衹説了一句：不好意思。

房間很滿意，在一樓也很安靜，除了房間有一些消毒味道其他的很舒服，酒店在美林那邊，很安靜，前台有什麼條件都會滿足，這裏離美林廣場也很近，有宜家可以逛

非常不滿意！入住時就發現房間內還留有上個住客遺留下來的垃圾，前台工作人員的態度也是冷彬彬的説如果不住就退單，遇到這種情況再加上這種態度，實在是讓人心寒。
等晚上要洗澡時，更是發現已經摺疊好給我使用的浴巾毛巾，都是濕的，非常大可能也是上個住客用過的，酒店沒更換。
這是體驗感最差的酒店了，沒有之一！以後絕對不會再來這一家，也不推薦其他人入住這個酒店，小心跳坑！
