就在馬路邊。停車不太方便。很老的房子了，沒有電梯，樓梯太陡。一晚上都在被蚊子咬，蚊子巨多，完全沒睡好。隔音效果太差，放點水隔壁都聽得見，馬桶一直抽水，聲音大。勉強對得起這個價錢吧

樓梯五樓收按金積極退按金還對講機呼叫看對方住的房間有沒有損壞如果有損壞按金沒有這樣太不離譜希望大家還是不要入住

老舊小區，步梯樓住七樓外賣都不送，空調沒暖氣，毛巾老舊，熱水器放很久都沒熱水，水壓也不夠
