South & North International Apartment (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Kam Rueng Plaza)

Great Location, Nice place, nice view. The only draw back is its not private floor, the apartment floor is shared with other business. On the 8th Floor there is a very Good Dim Sum Place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willingly to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the experience even better. There are a few small areas that could be improved, but nothing that significantly impacted my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others and would consider staying here again in the future.

The place is right in the heart of pedestrian street,and everywhere is in the reach. Food, shopping, lots of wholesale markets are very closed to the apartment and metro is just a few minutes walk. Only downside of the building is lifts. Other than that everything is good. Cleanliness and amenities are well maintained. The staffs are very attentive and friendly especially ‘Chloe. Thank you.

So far the location is really good and convenient. The lift waiting time isn’t so bad but it’s quite bad when the guest r coming back at the same timing as they can get impatient and just squeeze in

Love the hotel. Very spacious. Bed big. Clean. Location super good. Exterior building so ugly and lobby of each floor look so run down. But the room is nice design.
