Overall, a good experience for a business trip. It's an 11-minute walk to the subway, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, with buses arriving every 7 minutes – so convenient! The guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and clean, and the appliances and bathroom facilities are in good condition. The room is spacious and the cleaning is meticulous. All in all, it's perfectly suited for short business travel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of the city. It’s very convenient for getting around, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel also provides all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. I really appreciated their hospitality and great service. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The central location makes it a great choice for both sightseeing and business trips. Everything you need is within easy reach, and getting around the city is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel is super close to the subway station, just a 2-3 minute walk, which makes getting around incredibly convenient since both Line 3 and Line 6 are accessible. The front desk staff are also incredibly nice and helpful. Special shout-out to the auntie on the 11th floor who cleans – she's so kind and meticulous, and always does a fantastic job! 👍👍👍

Nice location, not many things around but it’s convenient to walk to some malls around. Free laundry services but just becareful of selfish people. Breakfast spread is good too. Staffs are very friendly too! Robot brings your food that you ordered up too

This has been, by far, the best stay I've had in years! Every time I passed by this ZHotel, I was drawn in by its beautiful exterior. It was my first time staying here, and to my surprise, the lobby and rooms were even more stunning and comfortable than I'd imagined, all in an Art Deco style. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I got a room type I absolutely adored – super large and incredibly spacious. All the designs and decorations were so beautiful; I just wanted to spend the whole day in the hotel and enjoy it. First, upon entering, the view was spectacular; that 270-degree floor-to-ceiling window view was incredibly calming. Lounging on the sofa was very comfortable too. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable, with the perfect mattress softness and memory foam pillows. The light switches in the room were up-down toggles, which was quite interesting, and there were many types of lighting, from bright to dim, creating a fantastic ambiance. Especially the golden lamps by the bed were exquisite. The green bathroom door complemented the dark green curtains perfectly; everything was delightful to the eye. The bathroom, toilet, and sink were all separated, which was very convenient, and the showerhead design was adorable, like a golden telephone receiver. Beyond the room, the overall hotel experience was excellent. They offered so many complimentary experiences (afternoon tea, coffee, cocktails) and it's connected to Tianyu Plaza, so going out for meals, movies, grocery shopping, or taking the subway meant no need to brave the rain. Such a one-stop leisure experience was incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed the afternoon tea on the day I checked in (it seemed to be pastries from Hema, like Swiss rolls, tiger skin rolls, mochi, and cream horn cakes – delicious!). The afternoon tea restaurant was also very cozy and beautiful, with a great view. It felt so lovely just sitting there, having snacks, and chatting. In the evening, I tried the cocktail bar, and even though it was a complimentary fixed drink, the atmosphere was fantastic. The next day, I also had complimentary coffee, right on the ground floor of the lobby. I could choose from the entire coffee menu and picked a mocha and a coconut latte, both of which were delicious! ”Feeling at home” doesn't even begin to describe how much I loved it. ZHotel was as warm as a home, yet more romantic and lavish, like stepping into the world of ”The Grand Budapest Hotel.” My vacation, full of happiness, ended like this, and I felt so reluctant to check out. I'll definitely be back often!

The entrance was difficult to find as it is on the back of the building with no signage. Take either of the two elevators to the right to the fifth floor and then you are in good hands. Xiao Ou and Xiao Yu at the front desk are very kind with oud laundry and extending check out time. Convenient location with many malls and eateries around. We had a good first night but there were some loud children until midnight on the second night. AC was very cooling and it’s much appreciated in the summer heat. We were so busy eating out and didn’t get to try their late night snack or afternoon tea. Breakfast was satisfactory.

I came for the Phoenix Legend concert, and this hotel is pretty close to the venue. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room facilities are complete, and the soundproofing is quite good. The bathroom mirror even has lights, which is super convenient for putting on makeup. Given the hot weather in Guangzhou, they thoughtfully provided iced water and fruit. Downstairs, there are many food options, and it gets really lively at night. Great value for money, highly recommend!

The room was great, spacious and bright, and the location was absolutely fantastic – super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room; it was so noisy, constantly buzzing, which made it hard for my elderly parents to get a good night's sleep. Also, the parking fee was a bit expensive; it would be great if the hotel offered a discounted rate.

The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from Guangzhou East Railway Station and the subway, making travel and commuting super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the pillows were soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's dining options are also impressive. The breakfast spread was ample, and the afternoon tea and late-night 'he fen' (rice noodles) were authentic and delicious – truly a fantastic experience. I particularly want to commend the front desk service. I was in a hurry during checkout and accidentally left some luggage in my room. A front desk lady noticed this and contacted me immediately. She also thoughtfully packed my belongings and arranged for them to be shipped back to me. Their prompt and considerate handling of the situation was incredibly touching. All the staff members were gentle, patient, and reliable. Overall, everything about this hotel was outstanding, with attention to detail evident throughout. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Guangzhou. I highly recommend it.
