Everything was good about this hotel. The staff was really helpful , gym was excellent, room was very comfortable. Except for the fact the interior looks a little old and carpet were smelly. Hotel has to do something about the mosquitoes probably they are there because of the park next to it.

✅Advantages: nice room,noise isolation,big bathtub ❌Disadvantage: 1.) we checked 3 rooms before to find a good one,cause all of them had dusty and dirty windows.so it makes no sense to book the room with a window,(no beautiful view just dirt); 2)We asked for water and had to wait for 2 hours and reminded them 3 times to bring it; 3)Receptionist told that they had western breakfast like bacon /ham,cheese but in fact there was only Chinese food and not the best one( 4) I was shocked by the slippers ,first time I got super old ones (u can see the picture). It seems so many people wore them. It is not 4 /5 stars hotel! The price is too high for this kind of service.

Ordered a room with river view. Expecting a river view which could see guangzhou tower. However was arranged a river view room which could only see the tower at the very rear of the window. A bit disappointed. Transportswise, 10 min walk from the closest metro station and road seemed not smooth enough for taking luggage. Later found out bus routes and bus stop just outside the hotel. Still convenient. Polite and helpful staff. Quick check in. Room was so nice, neat and clear. It could be said as luxurious. Electronic facilities like auto curtain, bath veil. Room size big enough for me and my son. My son enjoyed bath tub so much. Swimming pool so clean. We ordered breakfast and much food was Chinese style like dim sum, fried noodles, congee etc. not too many types of food to choose.

Disappointing stay, cannot pretend to stay as unforgettable memories..... limited amenities in the room, not even a comb...! 100% empty mini bar, swimming pool is absolutely not clean, with many swimmers allowed splitting all around the pool making the place very unsanitary, triggering fungal infection right after the swimm...! in room dining mini program not allowing digital payment.....but just credit cards.... hence the need to stop ordering virtually and then go to the phone to get your order set and when delivered , to be paid upon delivery...., many things were pretty unseamless experience in this hotel, wonder why it can be can under the shangrila brand.... not to the expected standards overalll

The hotel was lovely. Was not made aware that some of the rooms didn’t have windows. Also, had paid for a room with a tub but wasn’t given one. Overall, it was a nice stay and pretty comfortable bed. One downside was the tv/projector. Was not easy to navigate as a foreigner.
