住的是冬至，這間房是蠻好的，也比較乾淨。但個人覺得客服的態度真的有待提升，這是我住過這麼多酒店裡為數不多的覺得這麼難溝通的。別槓，槓就是你對😭

樓道的設計及房間的設計都比較禪意，房間裏也有泡茶茶具，地暖等貼心設計，但此次整體體驗感不佳，聯繫不上管家，要求乾淨安靜，卻感受相反。1.被子有污漬給管家反饋沒有人理會，
2.馬桶墊不合適也沒得換，根本就不合適。
3.樓下是乒乓球室很晚了還有人在説話，電視的聲音都被蓋過，早上很早樓下的喊叫又很大聲。

房間設施、圖片跟酒店介紹的一樣，比預想的還要好，靠近景區，房間很乾凈！環境好工作人員也很nice，會推薦附近好吃好玩的避免踩坑。這次預訂的房型真的和老闆説的那樣裝修都很不錯。很喜歡，看來他們家的房間都要住過一遍才好。狂推！
