They proactively informed me about the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and local travel tips. The service was incredibly thoughtful, with no hint of perfunctoriness, making me feel warmly welcomed the moment I arrived. The overall quality of the room was outstanding. There were no strange odors upon entering, and the ventilation and lighting were excellent. The room was clean, tidy, bright, and airy. Housekeeping did a fantastic job; the floors, tables, and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless. The bedding was soft, clean, fluffy, and comfortable. The pillows and mattress had just the right firmness, making it incredibly relaxing to lie down, and I slept exceptionally soundly. The hotel's facilities were also very comprehensive, new, and well-equipped. The bathroom's wet/dry separation design was very practical, and the hot water came on quickly with stable pressure, making for a great showering experience. The air conditioning, lighting, and internet in the room all worked smoothly, with stable and fast Wi-Fi that was more than sufficient for both leisure (like streaming shows) and work. Additionally, a full set of amenities was provided, with great attention to detail, fully considering guests' needs and offering maximum practicality. The hotel was generally quiet and peaceful, with excellent privacy, making for a superb living experience. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. The high-quality environment, excellent facilities, and thoughtful service are on par with high-end hotels. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

The room's cleanliness was appalling; there were long and short hairs everywhere on the bed and bathroom floor, and dust accumulated noticeably in the corners, showing that the cleaning was done without any care. The soundproofing was non-existent; you could clearly hear conversations in the hallway and noises from next door. It was especially noisy late at night, making it impossible to get any rest. The staff's service attitude was mediocre, completely lacking any sense of attentiveness. I advise everyone against choosing this place."
