第一次過來住，感覺還可以。因為訂的是高級房型，前台告訴這是樓層的尾房，比一般的房間要小一些，還特別給做了升級，挺感謝的

來桂林玩，在這住了一晚上、第一次進維也納酒店，性價比很高的酒店，房間非常乾淨，前台小姐姐熱情親切非常好服務也很到位，酒店地理位置好，交通方便，周邊還有夜市，下次還會選擇這裏

平台預訂高級大床房25平方米，結果安排到了該酒店最小的（酒店服務員稱，有消防圖佐證）狹長房間，住宿體驗差。第二天讓酒店方來測，寬約2.88米，長約8米（到房門長房，但酒店堅稱要加上門口外的0.5即8.5）。2.88*8等於23.04。
一、平台顯示該酒店高級大床房肯定不止一間，給最小的確實讓人不能理解，高級也分幾等？
二、酒店房間內面積與平台顯示面積差2平米，即使按酒店所稱算上門外的0.5，也是不足25的，涉嫌虛假宣傳。
三、酒店方曾問我覺得多少錢合理，我拒絕了，還是希望讓大家有一個知情權為好。
