Good experience to stay here around sunac, even though so quiet, and in the beginning the hotel room was super cold. The staff really friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful! They were so helpful and accomodating. My boyfriend and I are vegan, so they helped us order food (as our Chinese is a little poor!). They upgraded us for free and we were so pleased ☺️ I even left my coat and they arranged delivery! Cantu and Lian were so lovely, we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much ❤️

We booked thinking we would be in a hotel surrounded by nature and found ourselves in a shopping center next to two children's amusement parks.
Nice room too but with a view of the amusement park and not of nature as it seemed from the advert.
However, the staff were very helpful and courteous.
