五一假期的桂林站坐車方便就選了這家，真是一言難盡，房間很寬敞，除了寬敞一點優點都找不到，衣架簡易管架做的，沙發都快包漿了，墊子下面全是臟東西，衞生間洗漱用品簡直就是那種最廉價的散裝商品，衞生極差，屋子一股發黴的味道，隔音也不好樓下大媽不跳廣場舞了，屋子才安靜下來，還是高樓層，真想問問商家，你們自己的員工願意住自己的公寓嗎，不嫌棄臟亂差嗎，220多的價錢，良心不會痛嗎，剛剛評價才看到5月5日價錢86，真的56都不值得，商家根本就沒用心，這麼好的地段，這麼寬敞的房間，真是衹能接待過路客…真的，大大大大大無語

出了桂林北就是 都不用打車 附近吃的也很好吃

和朋友帶孩子一起出遊，房間很大，床也比一般酒店的要大，帶小孩能睡好，就是衞生間有些燈壞了，開不了，有點昏暗，不過整天來説，是同等價位中性價比最高的酒店了

對於趕早班動車來説，地理位置絕佳，下樓就是站前廣場，從下樓到坐上動車6分鐘足夠。（早上坐車人少，安檢幾乎不排隊）😁
房間內能看到車站廣場，還能看到遠處山景，（桂林本身就是一個大公園，衹有夠高，在哪裡都能看到美麗山水😊）
恆大的精裝公寓，燈很漂亮，就是牆紙有些破損補丁。衞生尚可，就是衞生間地漏排水不暢，會積水。
