兩條毛巾都是破的，咱們就是説沒必要那麼省吧，該丟就丟。還有那個吹風機也是壞了，不過後麪打電話跟前台，拿了一個吹風機上來，但是那個風真的真的很小，我差不多吹了一個小時，頭都沒幹完

房間挺好的，衞生也乾淨，所有的設施都是可以用的，沒有壞的，四點多辦入住，説還需要等待，但是從業人員的服務跟態度真的很好。衹要有問題都很耐心而且很負責，不會説反應了，就沒下文。真的很好，唯一不全的就是樓下的ktv開窗就會有點吵，總體很好，再來還會選擇住在這

累了一天到酒店想洗洗睡，冷水從九點多停到快十二點，馬桶沒水沖，澡也洗不了，前台不停在強調第一時間在解決，如果是這樣衹能説效率真的很低。打第二個電話的時候前台還驚訝於六樓還沒有水，難道維修人員不應該確認每層樓的水都恢復正常才算修好了嗎？服務給兩顆星完全是因為退房的時候查房阿姨把我忘帶的充電器送過來給我，不然覺得應該是一星，已經很多年沒有過這麼差的體驗了。（前台説可以補償一張早餐券我拒絕了，折騰到十二點多才有水還認為我能爬得起來吃早餐我真的謝謝你）
