Kempinski Hotel Guiyang

The location is great, right in the center of Guiyang. It's a short walk to Minsheng Road and Jiaxiu Tower. This is an old, established brand that was renovated in 2024. There was a slight hiccup during my stay, which I've already discussed with Ctrip and the hotel. I hope they can improve for next time.

The room has an American-style decor, which I really liked. It's an established five-star hotel, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were quite impressive. The location is excellent, with 'Jiaxiu Tower' nearby, and there are plenty of dining options and a mall right downstairs. This hotel is also super convenient for family trips to Guiyang!

The front desk service has always been great; Manager Edward is attentive and professional.

The facilities are complete and well-maintained, though a bit dated, so there's a slight lingering smell. The hygiene is clean and tidy. The environment is quiet and comfortable with a great view. The service experience was excellent.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering fantastic views of Jiaxiu Tower and the city of Guiyang. It's just a 10-minute walk to Jiaxiu Tower, allowing you to experience the local culture and customs of Guiyang along the way. The staff are all very enthusiastic and dedicated to serving guests. The hotel itself has a traditional European style, providing a unique stay.

The hotel is great, and the room has a beautiful view. The bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast spread is excellent. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Guiyang.

Even though it's an older hotel, the renovated rooms are great. The view is expansive, and the night cityscape is beautiful – I didn't want to close the curtains when I slept! In the morning, you can see the distant mountains shrouded in mist. It's also super convenient for finding places to eat.

A really great hotel with a fantastic location. The lovely lady at the front desk arranged a room with a wonderful view overlooking Jiaxiu Tower. The facilities are comprehensive and clean, and the service is attentive. Especially loved the tea bags at the water bar, they're TG brand and excellent quality. Highly recommended!

The hotel upgraded me to an executive suite for free. The facilities were complete and very clean, and the environment was tidy. It was very hot the day I arrived, and the staff brought over a fan, which I appreciated. The hotel also offers afternoon tea and light meals in the evening on the top floor. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay at Kempinski again if I have the chance.
