I had a late arrival and appreciated the motel leaving the room key in a convenient place.
The bed was rock hard, paper thin walls and ceiling meant I could hear everything in adjacent rooms, mold on the bathroom ceiling, stains on room wall, towel rail broken. Shabby and badly in need of a proper refurbishment.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it’s in a nice tree-lined street but close to Dickson, Braddon and the CBD. Unless your room is next to one occupied by especially noisy people it’s a pretty quiet area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean and spacious.

The room was nice but the neighbors argued all night. Staying here due to an away business trip, it was awful not being able to sleep or contact anyone from the property during the stay.

The staff we accommodating with late check-in and the room was clean and warm when I arrived. I'd stayed there a few years back. They have really stepped up their game!
