The design and architecture are charming and unique, although the building is a bit old. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more comfortable. Overall, a good option if you like boutique style and warm feeling, if the distance from main road is not matter for you.

Great experience good staff and nice ambience

This hotel is situated in ally which is very hard to find. The reception is Just interested in telling you about what will you be charged instead of letting you know about their services. The hotel is under maintenance and lots of noise during day time. The restaurant has a very limited menu to offer. The breakfast is just average, nothing to look forward to. The room is aged and needs a lot of renovation. People are non responsive. Amenities for name sake only. All in all a disappointing stay at a price paid.

Staff was really wonderful and helpful. The hotel is fine if you just need a place to stay with basic facilities. I did not like the food. Poor quality.

I have stayed at Bloom Hotel Signature Tower earlier and always appreciated their food and service. But this time, I was extremely disappointed. While I was at the office, a personal parcel addressed to me was received by the hotel and shockingly opened without my consent. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for any hotel. Such behavior shows lack of control and basic guest etiquette. Due to this experience, I am rating 1 star and will not recommend staying here again.

The stay was good as usual. The approach to the site is still tricky but the road has new construction which makes it ok. Parking is challenging, food is decent and gym is good enough for the purpose. Staff is always thorough, helpful and professional.
