The building is old, but the location is good, and the ocean view room was clean. The staff greeted us cheerfully and cheerfully, which was good, but the hall is separated by partitions, and it is said that it is a semi-private room, so it has a mixed atmosphere. Meals are a half-buffet for breakfast and dinner. All the dishes there are plastic! ! Although vinyl gloves are prepared as a countermeasure against corona, none of the customers other than us use them, and none of the staff pay attention. Sashimi etc. are already on the table before you get to the seat, and the blowfish is dry and not delicious. Kuroge Wagyu beef is tough, and none of the other dishes suit my taste. The futon was so flimsy that we came to a cheap student camp. . I was grateful that there were pillows to choose from in the corridor, but they were all stained and smelly. I've stayed at various inns, but I paid about 40,000 yen per person, and this was the first time I'd stayed at an inn like this. I still wonder what happened because there was too much difference between the high score of word of mouth and our impression.

The view of the sea from the room with the open-air bath is very good. It is a hot spring that you can enter 24 hours a day. The room was spacious and I was able to relax. I was surprised and happy that fugu dishes were included not only for dinner but also for breakfast. It was good to have a half-buffet such as rice miso soup.

The welcome drink was all-you-can-drink with a coffee server and a draft beer server. All-you-can-eat ice bar was also good for children. There are rooms with and without dew point baths, but most of the rooms with dew point baths are small. The hotel is close to samurai residences and is within walking distance for sightseeing, so it is perfect for sightseeing and swimming.

I have stayed at Hagi several times, but this time I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, so the view was great with the sea in front of me, and I liked it the most because I was able to take a bath whenever I wanted. Since we arrived early, we were able to rent a bicycle (for a fee) and take a leisurely 3-hour stroll through the streets of Hagi. Before staying, I had asked questions online, but there was no response.I sent an email and received a reply right away, but the communication was awkward and it felt like it was someone else's problem. We were told that the welcome drink at check-in was unlimited juice, coffee, beer, etc. until 6pm, so we grabbed a glass of beer and had it in our room. Of course, I came twice with an empty glass to replace it. I was told that I could make and eat soft-serve ice cream as many times as I wanted during my stay, but I guess soft-serve ice cream in the winter is tough for the elderly.The waitress recommended that I use the public bath, so there weren't many people. When I arrived, I was very disappointed to see that the floor was soaked, the washing area was extremely dirty, and there was something like soap scum floating in the bathtub. The website seems to be targeted at women, but if it's primarily aimed at families with children, it seems like it's a fairly low-ranked inn. The public bath is not a children's playground, so I don't think play equipment is necessary. For dinner, we purposely paid for a private room. The main dishes were live abalone and Kuroge Wagyu beef.The abalone was fresh and the Kuroge Wagyu beef was fatty and delicious. However, the food content was neither good nor bad, and I felt like I received a wide variety of items evenly. Traveling is my hobby, so I stay at a lot of different inns, but to be honest, I can't help but feel disappointed when it comes to inns. Unfortunately, there is no shuttle service to Hagi Bus Center, but only to Higashi-Hagi Station. Most of the customers used cars, but I think it is necessary to consider the convenience of public transportation.

老舗旅館の12畳和室に1泊した。外見は傷みが目立つが、内部は改装されていて綺麗。 ロビーからサービスの飲み物を片手に海を眺めるのは気分がよくなる。 特筆は食事、目と舌で楽しませてもらった。味と器と料理のコラボが美しい。 温泉は小さい、コロナ中で人出が半分ほどで丁度いいくらい。海が見えないのが残念。地方のキャンペーン中で￥４０００のクーポンを頂けた。

1歳8ヶ月と3歳6ヶ月を連れて泊まりました。 角島渋滞のため20時過ぎてチェックインすることになりましたが、お宿の方は終始とてもよい対応で助かりました(※角島はGWは注意が必要です。灯台を14時半に出たのに角島大橋を渡り終えたのが19時過ぎでした、、、) 子供用浴衣は80-90からあり、お風呂脱衣所にはヘビーベッドはありませんでしたが、6ヶ月までは入れそうなベビーバスケットがありました。浴室内にはベビーチェアや子供用のシャンプーもありましたし、床はでこぼこですべりにくくなっていました。片方のお風呂(塩見だったような、、)には子供用の浅め浴槽がありましたが、その時はお湯が熱めで子供が嫌がってました。露天はややぬるめでそちを利用しました。お料理も大人も子供も大満足で、子供(写真)はおにぎり、からあげ、えびふらい、茶碗蒸し、牛肉のやきもの、おさしみ、ポテトなどあり、食事をたのんでいない下の子にもごはんとふりかけを用意してくれて、お食事スタイも準備されていました。貸切風呂も家族ではいりましたが、こちらはおそらくヒノキ風呂で、床もヒノキのため、子供2人はどちらも滑ってころびました。お湯もあつかったので、大浴場で十分かなと思いました。また泊まりたいお宿でした。
