Facilities: Very complete and well-equipped. The entire hotel room is smart, so you can just say "Xiao Du" to turn on the air conditioning. The hotel is in a central location, very close to where I needed to go. The front desk staff were really friendly and proactively asked about room cleaning. My room was very quiet, which made for a great night's rest after coming back. The bed was clean and tidy, and the room itself felt quite new. Overall, it's great value for money.

When I checked in, the front desk assigned me a room that had just been cleaned. The door was open, and the floor was so wet I almost slipped and fell. I asked the front desk if I could switch rooms, and they gave me another room number. Just as I was about to go check it out, the housekeeping lady closed the door. That room had also just been cleaned. I then asked customer service to open the door for me, and again, the floor was wet, and the toilet seat was broken. During my stay, I asked the hotel to replenish the water in my room, but the front desk said they couldn't. I was speechless. This is the first time I've encountered such an unprofessional front desk and such a terrible hotel. It was absolutely awful and incredibly stingy. Even with parking, I went in and out a few times, and each time an attendant asked me for money. I had no idea what she meant, and even after repeatedly telling her I was a guest, she still didn't seem to understand. I'm beyond frustrated.

The hotel's location is super convenient, close to all the great restaurants and bars. The room was spacious, bright, and really clean with comfy bedding. The smart speaker was a cool touch and worked perfectly. Great value for money, had an excellent stay and definitely recommend it!

The hotel was alright, just a small hiccup during check-in when I arrived at night! But it wasn't a big deal! However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing! You should really just cancel your breakfast service! Cancel breakfast and lower the price a bit; personally, I think your breakfast will attract negative reviews! Also, what did you put on the bathroom floor? At first, I thought it was just water from cleaning, but then I realized it wasn't! And it gets quite slippery when wet!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's centrally located, and everything is within two or three kilometers. Taxis are convenient and affordable. The staff are very friendly and helpful; they even offer free document printing and provide kids' shower gel. The room was clean and tidy. The price was very reasonable, especially considering it was during the Chinese New Year holiday. Great value for money!

My flight was delayed, so I arrived quite late at night. The charming front desk staff warmly welcomed me and even upgraded my room, which was very comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by great food options, and transportation is also very convenient. The breakfast is affordable and offers a good variety, including steamed buns, corn, sweet potatoes, congee, and fruit – excellent value for money!

This hotel is excellent! It has great facilities, and it's exceptionally clean. The environment is also lovely, with tons of delicious food options nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Plus, the breakfast is delicious! Highly recommend!
