Everything is good except the room air con is not working nicely, it will close automatically in the midnight, but the hotel staffs are nice, I feedback to them and they send me a air con fan immediately.
Breakfast not bad, there's alot of Taizhou special morning tea style breakfast included.

Nice hotel but needs a little upkeep, shower heads need to be cleaned, quality not up to Nikko standard. Good amenities and good food. Easy check in/out.
I did however leave the do not disturb notification on my room door and when I came back in the afternoon I found they had made up the room, for that reason I don’t think I’ll return here again.

位置在高新區，要去老城區大概10公里，我們沒有訂早餐，早上要開車30分鐘去吃早茶。旁邊衹有天虹，離萬象城大概七公里，萬象城那邊還是比較熱鬧的。房間較大，床有2米，我們一家三口睡沒問題。衞生間三分離，有浴缸，有衞洗麗。空調製冷效果幾乎沒有，好在氣温不高，二十幾度，沒蓋被子睡。泳池在五樓，九點到二十一點開放，不允許穿拖鞋進，小朋友穿自己鞋子帶了雙拖鞋，水温稍涼，因為是長假最後一天早上，我們包場了。住第一天送了15元小超市代金券，第二天沒有。總體來説還不錯，除了位置比較偏

上海自駕過來到泰州是中午了，前台看我們帶孩子免費升級了家庭套房，房間挺寬敞的，早飯種類中規中矩，電視打不開也馬上來修理了。
不足之處：1.到酒店沒有主動給我們小朋友的拖鞋還是我們自己去要的，之前我們住全季都是主動給我們的
2.打掃房間太晚了，第二天我們9點多就出門了，下午5點到酒店還沒打掃乾淨，速度太慢了

有衣帽間和浴缸，房間還算乾淨，床和枕頭很舒服，洗澡水壓大，但是花灑漏水，顯得水小了。早餐有魚湯麪，我不想要麪衹想喝魚湯阿姨也滿足了。

很少寫酒店評價，真的要吐槽一下。好的地方，房間硬件不錯，除了投屏很卡，基本沒用，其他衞生間，隔音都很好。軟件是真的不行，好歹也是日航這個品牌，地毯上瓜子殼，床上不明垃圾。不小心把手燙了，找前台要燙傷葯膏沒有也就算了，清涼油之類的也沒有。早餐説是到十點，九點二十去的時候已經各種空盪盪了。咖啡本來配有盒裝牛奶的，也沒了，現場好幾個人都要，問了經理，就假模假樣説讓工作人員去拿一盒，結果直到早餐結束也沒送來。服務絕對對不起這個品牌，這個定位。

入住該酒店獲得我住過所有酒店裡最差的的體驗，沒有之一
1. 我們在23:30左右到達酒店，剛停好車，突然沖出來一個人（事後才得知是酒店的保安），此人態度囂張，沒有一句問候語或者是對我的稱呼，一邊穿衣服一邊開口非要我把車輛調頭停放，他説都要車頭必須朝同一方向，但是我看了一下停車場並未發現所有的車頭都是一個方向。被我拒絕後，此人離去…
2. 酒店前台沒人，我們衹能在大堂等待，那位保安用非常不友好的眼神盯着我們，期間沒有任何的詢問是否要幫助或者有什麼能提供給我們的，我實在忍不住，沖他説：你盯着我們幹嘛？他説：前台沒員工，你們站在那裡，我不盯你們盯誰？如果酒店的領導能看到我的評論，那我請問我到底是住酒店還是來偷酒店東西的？
3. 過了幾分鐘，來了一位身穿睡衣頭戴非常可愛髮箍的小姐姐，説自己是前台員工。來勸架並幫忙辦理了入住，並且説已經通知了領導，她自己是實習生，請我們不要為難她…
4. 進入房間後，雖然我沒有使用浴缸的習慣，但是見到這個浴缸，我瞬間覺得什麼都不好了，但是實在太累，也沒糾結這些
5. 早上還沒睡醒，就接到值班經理打到房間的電話，要處理我的投訴。如果有心要處理，完全可以等我退房的時候再説，一定要把我鬧醒嗎？
6. 退房時值班經理告訴我，酒店領導願意幫我減免房費，希望我不要寫差評，我拒絕
我實在不清楚為什麼一個品牌酒店的服務和衞生能比民宿還要差？真的第一次這麼噁心到我
