This hotel is absolutely stunning.  The view of Lake Ashi from our room was truly breathtaking.  The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and the buffet dinner was delicious with plenty of variety.  The location is excellent — just a short distance from the ropeway and the sightseeing cruise. You can also take the No. 3 bus from Togendai directly to the hotel, which helped us save money on taxi fares.   There’s a large shopping complex right next door, and I highly recommend the bakery, the staff were wonderful and the pastries were excellent.   We did experience a typhoon during our stay, and a little more advance warning from the hotel would have been appreciated.  However, we were able to leave early enough to avoid and arrived safely at our next hotel.

Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Good Ambiance: Very good Service: Satisfactory The environment is superb! I was so lucky to see Mount Fuji from my window during breakfast. I highly recommend the breakfast at this French restaurant; just make sure to book in advance. The hotel is right by the lake, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. There's also a shuttle service to Motohakone Port, which makes getting to the pirate ship very convenient.

The hotel felt like an old castle, walking by the benches in the woods was just like a scene from the movie 'Jane Eyre'. The wind picked up, and Lake Ashi had big waves. It was stormy all night, but when the sun rose in the morning, the scenery was absolutely stunning. The nearby Hakone-en Aquarium is also worth a visit. It's really convenient that there's a shuttle bus running between Odawara Station and the hotel three times a day. Kudos to the hotel's beautiful scenery!

This hotel is nestled right on Lake Ashi, and after checking in, we took a stroll through the hotel gardens and were greeted by another magnificent view of Mount Fuji. The scenery is absolutely stunning. The hot springs were also incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. It was very convenient to pre-book the hotel's shuttle bus.

Staying at this hotel again on a rainy day, and the surroundings are still beautiful. This time, I booked a room in the annex. The room was spacious, and I got a fantastic deal on Trip.com – excellent value for money! Most hotels here only allow check-in after 3 PM, so we decided to explore first and then took the Lake Ashi cruise to the hotel's shuttle bus stop to get to the hotel.

The hotel environment is beautiful, and the hot springs are incredibly comfortable. Plus, they offer a convenient shuttle service. I especially want to commend the front desk, there was a young lady who spoke Chinese who was exceptionally patient and even helped us send our luggage to our next hotel. Overall, the experience was great and highly recommended!

The buffet breakfast was plentiful, and the shuttle bus was convenient. A ********* lady enthusiastically helped us book a French dinner, which we really appreciated! Traveling is all about taking your time. If I could have breakfast at the hotel in the morning and then relax by the hotel's private lake in the afternoon, that would make for a perfect day!
