It was the first time staying in a ryokan and it was great! The dinners were great and the stay was comfortable. However, the room does not have any shower so you need to go to the public bath to have a shower.

首次入住日本的溫泉旅館，很難忘的體驗。 我們是自駕遊，所以酒店雖然在山上，但也不難找到，附近有便利商店。 酒店職員很貼心，會發郵件提前和我溝通到達時間，也十分有禮貌。
早晨很豐盛，溫泉很舒服。 也準備小童浴衣，洗漱用品給我女兒。希望有機會再次入住。

房間很滿意，公共浴池很好，私湯真的不建議預約，因為要單花錢，而且比公共浴池差遠了，估計就是給歐美人準備的吧，另外雖然我對這酒店沒有意見，但誠實建議自由行儘量別訂這裏，因為巴士真的不是適合所有遊客的出行方式，雖然門口就是公交站很方便，但在不熟悉的環境和截然不同的巴士系統，會讓人擔憂末班車什麼的，而且周圍沒有吃飯的地方，要不然就在酒店吃，要不然就衹能吃便利店

房間很大，其實可以住好幾個人的。早餐很豐盛，我們還定了晚餐，傳統日料，美味可口，又吃撐啦😂😂😂，酒店門口就有公交車，出行非常方便。我們還定了私湯，時長45分鐘，時間完全夠用了。下次來箱根，還會入住的。

交通，桃源台線公交站對面就是酒店，非常方便，晚上需注意末班車時間，間隔比較久
整體，非常不錯，是這次住的三家箱根旅館中中等規模的一家，也是最喜歡的一家
餐飲，早餐晚餐都是懷石料理，非常不錯
温泉，可以入住時預約私湯温泉，加2000日元，環境很棒，公共浴室是露天的，也很不錯，還有家庭温泉
衞生，整體不錯
服務，很周到，前台有會講中文的小姐姐，解釋的非常清楚

環境不錯，體驗私湯温泉。門口就有公交站，從小田園站始發站，約45分鐘抵達酒店。門口斜對面是羅森便利店，酒店內可選含早餐，晚餐。

本來期待很高，可能稍稍有一點點與想像中不大一樣…
優點：
1、現場有中文翻譯，覺得相當親切又能溝通，超棒
2、在入住前，會與我們了解溝通細節，感覺很細心，明白客戶需求
3、現場入住氛圍很有溫泉當地文化，備感感受當地民情，很特別也很喜歡
註：如家庭有小寶寶，建議先詢問有沒有桌子，以免現場桌子都較低，煮水壺建議在寶寶睡後再煮，比較安全…
缺點：
1、訂房平台的問題….；本來我們訂房時已確認一個四歲孩子…，訂房平台可以訂後，然到了飯店端，卻需要補差額5500日幣….，如果當初預定可以先知道多了4歲孩子，需要多了5500日幣…那麼我們可能會有另外可以看到富士山的選擇…唉😮💨…（但也很感謝幫我們多鋪了一張床…辛苦房務人員🫡🙏
2、衛浴間使用期限較為悠久…，木材感覺已有歷史…，損耗已有，另洗手台洗手時很容易水濺出來…，可建議改善..。（如果沒有預算考量，建議可像我們另個家人，可提高預算，改有衛浴的房間，比較方便）
3、房間櫃體有一些木頭潮濕味道，可能歷史悠久的關係..
