This Hilton hotel is a relatively satisfactory hotel with good value for money. When I checked in that night, it was raining heavily outside. After checking in at night, I walked back to the room along the corridor, accompanied by the wind and rain. It's dark, even if I'm accompanied by a service staff, I'm still a little scared when I walk into the room~~The style of the room is a bit old, maybe because of the wood tone. The bed is quite comfortable, and there's a balcony door that leads to the garden~~The room is soundproofed The effect is relatively poor. We can hear the sound of water rushing when we take a shower next door~~~~ It rained at night and we didn’t go out. When it gets light in the morning, it’s still very comfortable to see the general environment here~ I don’t know how many flowers are falling on the ground~~~ Because I was in a hurry to go to Yala Zoo and didn’t even have time to look at the hotel and use the hotel facilities~~ We departed from the hotel to Yala National Park at 5:30 the next day and will arrive at Yala National Park in about 40 minutes~~ I didn’t have time to check in at the hotel For breakfast, the hotel's breakfast time is 6:30-10:30. You can't catch up with the meal time before departure and when you come back, so if you want to have breakfast, you must have the hotel prepare breakfast the night before and take it with you~~~ After looking at the hotel restaurant environment, it’s a pity that I don’t have time to enjoy it here~~~ By the way, I originally stayed at the Cinnamon Wild Yala hotel that night, and I wanted to stay there You can go to Safari early there~~~ Due to the weather, I temporarily changed my reservation to this Hilton hotel. Later I went to Wanyala Park to check out that hotel... I am really glad that I changed here~~ It was so wise. ...It's close to Yala National Park~ But all the roads leading to the hotel are mud roads, and you need a jeep to get there~~ And the price/performance ratio there is extremely low......The price/performance ratio is rubbish on the ground~~ If you go to Yala Safari, I really recommend it I would rather drive for half an hour than stay there~~ If you are not pressed for time, I recommend staying here

Everyone said that this hotel is good, but no one said how pristine the road in is. If you only stay for one night and leave Yala, please do not book this hotel, especially during the rainy season, otherwise you will probably have to drive for several hours and face floods under heavy rain. Jinshan car did not dare to wade into the water rashly and had to ask for help from a jeep (additional fee). Another important information is that there are many mosquitoes in the room. People who are afraid of insects must not come here. If you are not afraid of insects, please bring toilet water.

Nice rooms overlooking extensive rice paddies. The restaurant and pool were also located so as to overlook the same view. I think most visitors are coming to visit Yala Park. Available material indicated that there were nature hikes and a visit to a place where buffalo curd (yogurt) was produced. However upon inquiry, we were told that the buffalos were gone and that there were no hikes. It would probably be best to remove these suggestions from company material. However we did find a very nice hike through adjacent village back roads. The manager was very nice.

Bed, room, shower, good ac, breakfast, balcony/terrace. Everything about the room is very good. It is new and in perfect condition. Even better are the hosts and their service. You get a great and daily changing breakfast, nice dinner if you like, and help to plan your activities in Tissa. The place might be a little out of the town, but that is not a bad thing! The town does not offer much. To get around, to town or to the next beach, you can rent a scooter there and directly behind the property is the Yoda lake. It is perfect for walks in the morning, or for sunset. The sun sets over the lake. It's very quiet and you can see a couple or nice animals there. The 2 times we went there, we saw Grey langur monkeys. Also you can see the buffalos around and in the lake, with just their heads looking out and many different kinds of birds.

Hotel service is ok, domestic customer service is even more powerful!

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we requested to change our breakfast to dinner, we were met with a flat-out refusal, despite hearing that they accommodated a similar request for another couple. Their excuse was that the other couple had booked through ***********, insinuating that they might leave a review there. This blatant favoritism and lack of fairness in customer service were incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. In addition to the above grievances, the breakfast at this hotel was abysmal. The quality and variety of the food were subpar, and it left a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in our room was malfunctioning, causing it to drip water all night, making our stay uncomfortable and sleep-deprived. This combination of poor service, unfair treatment, terrible breakfast, and room issues made our experience at this hotel truly dreadful. I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay.

Our room is upstairs, and the pool and courtyard are downstairs. The toilet is very large. It is relatively clean because we have lived in Sri Lanka for so many days. Once opened, it was even more pleasant: two sandwiches, An egg, two sausages, a box of juice, two pineapples carefully wrapped in plastic wrap, and a banana. Originally I only ordered three breakfasts, but when I saw my three-year-old Erbao, the hotel was very considerate. I also prepared a copy for her. Thank you very much. It’s not far from going to the safari park. It takes only 20 minutes. If there is any problem, the water pressure in the bathroom is unstable. Although the water is very large, it will be hot once it gets hot. It’s good to take a shower. In addition, the small bed is not provided with a quilt, just a thin sheet. The air conditioner is too cold and the remote control can’t be adjusted. I wake up several times at night.

The beach at the hotel is too wavy to swim and can only bask in the sun. But not far away, there is another public beach more than 100 meters, where you can swim. There are many choices for buffet breakfast and dinner, and the taste is good. Of course, there are occasional mistakes, such as grilled too raw beef shoulder. There are very few things for children to entertain. There is a game room where you can draw, watch TV, play games, etc., but the maintenance is not very good. The service is generally good, ushered in. However, there are more ingredients for the show, and some details need attention. Overall, the price / performance ratio is average, and it should be done.
