The hotel just wasn’t giving. The staff are so rude and their customer service is just 0/10. On check out we had someone rudely tell us to get out and on check in the ladies weren’t welcoming. I hope the service will be better

The Hamburg hotel is amazing! A nice big room meant for all of us to move around easily. The beds were extremely comfortable and was just the hotel we needed.

We are very disappointed with the response, the night shift was very unfriendly, the heating in the room was lukewarm, cold, you could say we didn't have a parking space for the car, we'll never go there again
