駅前の立地ですが、どこの地方都市と同様に駅前は寂れています。建設30年くらいで、流石に部屋の水回りは古臭い設備ですが、広さは十分。フロントのザービスやレストランのサービルはまずますです。春に再訪の予定です。

シャワーの位置が湯槽側に無いのが違和感有り。
湯槽の外でシャワーを浴びても良いのか？飛散水で壁や床が汚れ易くないか？
室内ハンガーを掛ける棒にストッパーが無いのでハンガーが落ち易い。

朝食の品数は多くないけど白金豚カレーは豚肉がゴロゴロ入ってて、納豆やヨーグルトも地元のものが揃ってて美味しかったです。
ヘアブラシ等のアメニティが一部有料でした。

設備は古いですが、花巻駅前で綺麗にしています。
入り口正面には綺麗な生花が生けてありました。
駐車場入り口は急になっているので斜めに侵入しないと車の腹を擦ります。
上階からの眺めは良く、早池峰山の横から朝陽が昇るのは一見の価値があります。
岩手山も頭だけですが見ることができます。

駅近で便利ですが、改修工事の最中だったため夕方は工事の騒音がストレスでした。知っていたら利用しなかったかもしれません。
接客は可もなく不可もなくといったあっさりとした印象でした。
アメニティやお茶がフロントの近くに設置されており、コンパクトな靴磨きがあったのは嬉しかったです。

セミダブルの部屋で、広くてゆったりでき、料金もシングルと変わらなかったので満足でした。朝食の地場産のお米が美味しすぎて、思わずおかわりしました。ただ、部屋の壁紙が古いのが残念でした。
