Hotel was perfect for a short stay for one in Hanau. Walkably close to the train station and city center.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the room did not have A/C and the days were 90 degrees. I could have managed without A/C, as I am normally not an A/C person, but the windows did not have screens so I couldn’t leave them open overnight. IMHO if you dont have A/C, af least have screens.

Great location. Big room. Parking is on site, safe and easy. Check in is in another building though which we weren't informed in advance. The hotel entrance is from the parking facility directly. There's no Hotel sign from the street which says where's the hotel! We got lucky because turned into the garage automatically. But someone arriving on foot might get confused where's the hotel itself ( no entrance door from the street only from the parking garage/courtyard).
Otherwise pleasant stay, strong hot shower adequate storage. Would come back!

Unfortunately, the room (non-smoking room) smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. However, the staff were friendly.

The hotel was extremely difficult to find because there are construction sites around the hotel and the streets are closed or one-way streets. The entrance to the nearby car park is very narrow.
The rooms in the JUNIOR look like a youth hostel (which is probably why it only has 2*).
Although booked as a double room, there was only 1 IKEA plastic cup in the bathroom and 2 coat hangers!
The price for this room was the same as a 4* hotel! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the price for the parking space was cheap at 8 euros.
