Hangzhou Platinum Hanjue Hotel

This hotel is definitely worth staying at. The value for money is exceptional. The bedding is incredibly comfortable. The hotel's decor is luxurious with thoughtful attention to detail. From now on, this will be my top choice whenever I visit any city.

I booked this room essentially as a day-use room because I was attending a midnight exhibition. The room's facilities and amenities were quite good. Since it was a windowless room on the B1 level, it felt a bit stuffy. There's a 24-hour restaurant. The entire hotel's decor is also opulent and looks great.

Clean and hygienic, minor flaws didn't affect our stay. The customer service was busy but always answered our questions. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet was exceptionally soft. You get what you pay for. My child said they'd want to stay here again next time.

The hotel is right next to Songcheng, and the European-style decor feels very luxurious. The round bathtub was super comfortable for a soak, and the bed was great for sleeping. There were quite a few events happening on the first floor, which made it feel a bit chaotic. Breakfast was pretty mediocre, and I bought a breakfast voucher the day before at the front desk that I couldn't get refunded for. The room price was reasonable though, so overall it was alright.

I randomly booked this hotel for my trip to Songcheng, and to my surprise, everything about it exceeded my expectations. The European light luxury style perfectly matches my aesthetic! The room is very spacious. Right inside the door is a huge curved vanity with a misty blue soft chair that's comfortable even for long periods. It's super convenient for getting ready or packing. There's also a safe, which made me feel secure about leaving valuables. The large bed in the bedroom was of good quality, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The headboard has delicate carvings paired with warm lighting. The mirrored design by the bed makes the room feel more open, and the long bench at the foot of the bed was incredibly practical for luggage. It was quiet at night, perfect for a peaceful rest. The bathroom was definitely a highlight of the entire room! The double sinks meant my friend and I didn't have to wait to get ready. The independent, extra-large circular bathtub created a nice ambiance, and it was so relaxing to soak in after a tiring day exploring Songcheng. The walk-in shower area was clean and refreshing, and the towels and bath mats were wonderfully soft. You could tell the hotel put effort into the details. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the fixtures and furniture were very well-maintained. The lighting was soft and warm, making it great for photos. It's close to the Songcheng scenic area, making transportation convenient. It's suitable for couples or friends traveling together. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – I didn't want to leave after just one night! However, extending my stay at the front desk was quite expensive. The price was moderate, and while breakfast wasn't included, I could order room service with a robot delivery, but there was a 10 yuan delivery fee each time, which felt a bit steep. It's close to Songcheng Park and the Provincial Museum, but a bit far if you're planning to visit West Lake.

The hotel was very luxurious and clean. The front desk even upgraded my room when I checked in. For this price, it's excellent value for money.

The room was great, clean and hygienic. The front desk staff (specifically the male attendant) was very helpful. The transportation was also convenient, and it was a good spot for taking photos. The only minor inconvenience was having to pick up food deliveries myself. Overall, the location was excellent and the soundproofing was good.
