給升了套房 景觀無敵江兩邊都能看 晚上貌似能看到燈光秀但是我睡過去了🤣
用的是雅蘭的總統床墊 能感受到支撐感很強 就是對我來講硬了一點 可能更適合年長一些的人
門口站個人每次進來都問我幹嘛的 我還以為是迎賓呢 結果也沒説幫我拎東西呀 不過酒店的小姐姐説話的術語都很專業 讓人感到舒適不會膈應人 特別是yoyo還帶我看了房間
房間開不了窗白天還蠻熱的並且空調不能製冷 不過很有質感拍照還蠻出片的 用的器皿感覺也挺高級的 還有雨傘的配色很喜歡讓我想到了哈利波特

第一次嘗試入住木棉花，錦鯉好運，房間很滿意。下次過來肯定也是要入住這裏的。
服務態度真的超級好，尤其是Hannah活力滿滿，熱情周到，我退房之後還主動聯繫我關心入住體驗，邀請我下次來住，讓人倍感親切。

酒店整體體驗感非常不錯
前台Morgan很熱情，服務很貼心，這次入住還麻煩給我升級了豪華江景大床房，房間的落地窗可以看到錢塘江景觀很好。房間很乾凈，裝修也很有韻味，古色古香，細節滿滿。早餐自助真的很好吃！種類很多很豐富！

先説整體感受，之前在深圳住過木棉花酒店，所以這次來杭州也果斷選擇，體驗非常的好，無論是管家服務還是裝修風格都是很nice的。
1.管家服務超級好 我的管家是Hannah，辦理入住時主動添加我的微信，後面續住房間之後還會主動詢問我的體驗，贈送一份早餐給我。賓至如歸的感覺真的太棒了
2.裝修風格 年輕又不失時尚優雅，很好地兼顧了這兩點，木棉花酒店門口的綠化，大堂的木地板，房間的裝飾品，書吧的抽象畫，品質風格都特別有氛圍感
可以保持現有的服務水平，以後來杭州也一定會選擇再次入住這家酒店！

來杭州看周杰倫演唱會訂的，酒店環境優雅，前台hannah貼心的安排了房間升級，退房後還會回訪我的體驗，對她的服務比較滿意。房間的落地窗可以看到錢塘江，景觀很好，裝修也很有韻味，古色古香細節滿滿。整體體驗感不錯，以後還會來住的！

健身房器材很齊全 24h開的很不錯。來看周杰倫演唱會 酒店Morgan還專門安排了的商務車從酒店送到演唱會現場，整體來講很安靜、也比較乾淨，下次如果還來看大蓮花演唱會一定還會定的木棉花，距離很近
