設施：也就一般，大差不差，但是早餐品種和設施真的很一般
衞生：剛到房間床上就有頭髮，而且被子上還有不明污跡，後來換了房間
環境：環境一般般，雙床房是沒有窗户的，但有凈化器還行
服務：服務是真一般！我和朋友外出回來之後，杭州下雨地很滑我朋友在酒店門口直接摔了一覺，我看見服務員撇了我們一眼，但居然無動於衷，我們在外面休息了幾分鐘進來，服務員看都沒看一眼，我們進電梯發現房卡居然刷不了電梯！真的很生氣好嗎！後續還是我們主動問了酒店有沒有冰塊可以冰敷，他説沒有，可能看我們提到了在酒店門口摔到了並且態度有些着急，後續才送了個紅花油，但沒用，我就去酒店電梯旁邊販賣機想買個冰可樂，我是真服了，付了錢出不來？！最後還是自己下去找了服務員，他説販賣機沒有冰水，我也説點了外賣但那個冰塊沒用，最後服務員才在蜜雪買了飲品送了一些冰塊來。後續也沒有了……
我想問酒店早餐是新鮮的嗎？品控也有問題。吃了個鹹鴨蛋居然都是壞的？！問了餐廳服務員，她説壞了就別吃….吃了一半才發現壞了，那我是不是就不該吃早餐，這樣就不會發現是壞的！！！七點開餐，我們七點五十吃的早餐都冷了，那個煎雞蛋都嚼不動，特別像橡膠！壞的鹹鴨蛋沒有後續，不知道找誰投訴，和服務員説了，也衹是敷衍帶過

很一般 房間不是很乾凈 甚至酒店自帶的洗髮沐浴露是混合的 體驗不是很好 隔音也非常差 就是隔間隔出來的感覺 不會再選擇這個酒店了

隔音效果還好，周邊環境也好，出行方便，價格實惠，離浙大校區還有西溪濕地都很近，

酒店位置不算好，周邊配套不多，飯店也不多，更沒有小吃。但好在酒店早餐還不錯。打車出行也比較方便。離杭州靈隱寺和西湖都差不多有10公里左右。
房間不算大，衹能説夠用。我住的時候空調不給力，第一晚將就了一下，沒想到第二天維修了還是沒效果，前台小哥哥很負責的給我升級了房型換了房間，服務非常好！
總體感覺還算能接受，酒店有個超大的露天陽台，感覺很好！
