I don't usually write reviews, but the service level of this hotel is unique among all the hotels I've stayed in, and it's worth talking about.
We arrived at the hotel early, and the room didn't come out. We sat down and didn't even have a glass of water.
We finally waited until 2 o'clock, and there were no other guests at the front desk, but the three receptionists were busy with their own things. I called three or four times before someone came to connect.
We finally got the room card, but they just threw it on the table in front of you instead of handing it to you.
We finally got into the room, but there was no wifi password. We called the front desk and it took half an hour to get through.
So far, we have just completed the check-in, but it's really tiring. Do these waiters change their clothes without training and start working?
To be honest, apart from the service, the hardware is still relatively new, and it would be better if the formaldehyde smell in the room was removed more thoroughly.
The picture shows the river view from the breakfast room, which is very good, but if you are unlucky not to get a river view room, there is a row of kitchen ventilation ducts outside the window.
