靠近湘湖邊的一家酒店，進入酒店，門口有一個很大的停車場，停車超級方便，前台小姐姐非常熱情辦理了入住，服務態度很好，還免按金哦！房間乾淨整潔！去杭州樂園步行10分鐘即可，值得推薦！

酒店距離幾個景區都是比較近，酒店停車場大，獨立的物業很方便！其次客房面積較大，衞生乾淨，空調很給力！前台服務熱情！整體來説性價比超高！值得推薦

這是我最後悔的一次住宿！！！在住這家店之前在西湖附近住了兩天，都好好的，可一入住這家店，要了命了，酒店有咬人的蟲子，第一天半夜兩點多被咬醒了，之後一直沒敢上床睡，早晨看手上胳膊上腿上咬了二十多個包，第二天換了房間，蟲子大概跟上我了，繼續咬了十幾個包，我現在兩個腿都撓爛了，癢的要死，風油精清涼油還有好幾種止癢膏一點用都沒有，我這輩子還沒碰到這麼慘的窘境，死也不去了！！！中間換房時服務差的要死，前台服務員居然讓我把行李拿出來帶到前台或者擱走廊裏再去換房，簡直無語，像是我欠他們的，真是後悔死了。

一進房間就滿屋煙味，帶孩子住了那麼多酒店，第一次孩子被蟎蟲咬的渾身沒一處是好的，就想知道這被子怎麼洗的。還有一個更有意思的事情，我們去外面吃飯1.2m以下的小朋友都不收費，這裏的早餐竟然要收費，不管大人小孩，衹能2個人吃早餐

環境衞生設施真的不是一般的差，床上被子都有小蟲子咬的，我小朋友都睡不着，咬一片一片的，沒有一塊地方是好的，然後服務態度特別差，因為我們是帶他們去爛蘋果樂園玩，每個房間大概都有兩個小孩子，都是一米以下三四歲，就一米都沒有，然後吧，要我們意思就是早餐也要給錢，每個房間衹有兩個人的早餐，意思小孩子是沒有早餐的，那三四歲的小孩子能吃多少？我還發現有特殊服務，他家酒店，他家隔音效果很差，然後我們吃早飯，有一個阿姨就死盯着我們看，很感覺很不爽，真的是醉了，如果能設定，我寧願一分都不要給

五一假期帶孩子游長喬極地海洋館入住的酒店，倒是距離不遠，但是客房設施比較老舊，衞生狀況不太好，至少我們的房間地毯很臟，床底有垃圾未清掃，太太説房間有黴味，叫保潔重新吸塵打掃了一下地面。
