We had a wonderful stay in Amber House Hotel. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed and love the food. We would love to stay here next time. Upon checked out, Ms. Anna was so happy to help us and guide us. They also gave us some gifts. Thank you Amber House Hotel. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ You guys are awesome!

We have really enjoyed our stay at The Amber House! The staff was extremely helpful and most spoke a little bit of English. Anna, at the front desk was particularly helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious, very clean, and modern. We had a lovely view of the lake despite booking a cheaper room. Breakfast has a lot of variety. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped us to upgrade our room and were amazing. Doris at the front desk was so accommodating and spoke fantastic English. We felt so welcome at Amber House.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were flawlessly polite and helpful, and the majority spoke English well. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and the room was spectacular. Everything was spotless, and the bath and shower was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the panoramic windows was great. It's a little bit out of the way from the bustle of the city, but it was nice to stay somewhere quieter. The buffet had so many great options and staff were always on hand to provide drinks or to help out. We'd love to stay here again!
