Very clean and nice hotel. Breakfast was not the best because there were not so many options. Still worth it

Location was difficult to find, the service at the desk can be considered fair, not so good enough, the toilet drainage quite slow after taking a shower, but anyways the room was worth with the price, loved the city view.

Smoking smell still heavy when we move in.

Hangzhou Yueli Hotel is close to the Fourth Qianjiang Bridge. The location is very good, the environment is beautiful, and it is near the subway entrance. The transportation is convenient. Since the new manager has been in place, the hotel's health and services have been fully upgraded. Now I feel like I am at home. It is very Comfortable and enjoyable!

I heard from the front desk clerk that the hotel's management has changed. No wonder the cleanliness and service have been significantly improved. Breakfast is also provided for free, and it's not bad. I feel good about my stay now!
