This hotel was exactly what I needed during my trip.

good location and nice staff

The hotel environment is good, built on the mountain, the air is good. However, Tianducheng Park is under maintenance. We gave tickets to Chaoshan Scenic Area, but we didn't go there. We visited Tangqi Ancient Town instead.

The double standard room with lake view I booked was upgraded to a lake view room with balcony for free. I hope the breakfast buffet will be improved to be in line with 5-star hotels!

The hotel is very big, like a manor, the rooms are very clean and tidy, and the view of the lake outside the window is super beautiful. Sister Xiao Song at the front desk was very enthusiastic and considerate. She took us from the front desk to the guest room and handed us over to the guest room aunt, which was great👍🏻

This is the first time I’ve stayed in so many hotels! Since it is disposable, how can it be recycled? The layout of the hotel in Guawu is really too small! The shampoo and shower gel was also a bit scary... I was so scared that I had to shower with soap! However, I asked the front desk to upgrade the room type. Although it seemed a bit embarrassing, the view is really much better with the large terrace. I would like to express my gratitude to the front desk. By the way, only 2 bottles of mineral water are provided here. Those who are used to unlimited supply in business hotels should buy some water by themselves! Hotel guests can go to Tiandu Park unlimited times with their room card, which is good.
