多年前曾在這裏留下過美好的記憶，這次來發現地理位置尷尬，靠景點但打車、停車難，設施老化沒有翻新，早點不在酒店內，希望改進。

地理位置非常優越，出門過馬路就是西湖，及西湖著名景點“柳浪聞鶯”，酒店有自己的車位，雖然看着不多，但我入住的兩天都很方便的停下了。
雖然老酒店，硬件設施有點陳舊了，但服務還是可以的，衞生乾淨。

辦理入住手續之後，上到房間，發現冷氣開不到。去接待處詢問，請求幫助，接待處員工竟然說這幾天天氣比較涼快，所以整間酒店都沒有冷氣提供。
我的房間安排了在3樓，比較低的位置。沒有冷氣，一定要開窗通風，最後，給蚊子釘了整晚，而且外面的噪音也令人難以入睡。
給了這個價錢，接受了這樣的服務，簡直完全不可接受！
完全不推薦！感覺是不折不扣的被坑了！
