第一次住門靠門，進門先上樓梯的房間，太不方便，前台説全國20多家店，就這家是這樣。一次性用品很簡單，衹能勉強用用。洗澡間沒有防滑墊。18元的早餐能吃飽，不能求好，咖啡也沒有！

一開始定的標準雙床房 地上有點臟 且空調正對着床頭吹 酒店説標間有點吵我尋思有多吵先看看 結果那樓下的車的聲音好像要開到你旁邊一樣 於是聯繫酒店升房 當時酒店自己的小程序兩個房間差價是七十幾元 前台的工作人員告訴我是需要160元 要以我平台上訂的價格和他酒店當時的價格算差價 告訴我豪華家庭房的價格是430元 自己酒店的小程序我打開看價格是372元 所以算這個升房差價是要我已經訂的房間得按低的來 升級的房間得按高的價格算嗎 真的很離譜 我到前台和工作人員講了半天 然後説就以我當時訂的價格264的標準雙床房 和我看到小程序上的372元算差價 叫我補他109元 ok我也覺得算合理可以接受 搞半天又要和什麼總部申請可不可以 叫我一直站那等 等了一會兒我受不了了 叫他給我把房間退了我重新平台上下單了一個豪華雙床房373元 訂好了之後前台又説其實你退的太快了 我本來想給你申請加七八十塊錢升房的 搞笑呢 真的跟馬後炮一樣 還給我制錯房卡 刷到別人已經有人入住的房間 我一個女生刷卡進去房間裏面一個大叔…酒店外賣得自己下樓拿但房卡又要插着取電 另一個又要出門 回來不好按電梯 尋思不方便叫前台給加一張房卡 説自己沒房卡了 問前台有沒有勺子（點的外賣店家忘記給勺子了）給一把用一下 前台不知道是不是針對我 明明酒店內有餐廳 説自己沒有勺子 餐廳是衹有早餐的 那請問餐廳的員工回家是把勺子也裝兜裏打包帶回家麼？總之和我住的任何一家維也納天差地別 別家服務態度都是很不錯的 我七八年以前開始就經常選擇維也納這個酒店比較信賴 沒想到居然是這樣的服務

這家酒店設施和品牌，價格非常不匹配。房間小，窗户不隔音，對面是馬路，感覺就是在馬路邊露營一晚吵吵的，關鍵價格還不便宜！
房間空間非常小，門都快頂到床了，非常不推薦住！

因為第二天早上比較早到蕭山路德行辦理車輛事情，所以選擇附近的酒店。奔着這個品牌去的，十幾年前出差都住維也納商務效果是槓槓的，總體還行，免費停車場方便，早餐廳乾淨整潔，能滿足普通需求。祝維也納品牌重拾往日榮光
