一大早上洗手間，上面漏水，弄的一身污水，晦氣！服務員也就説了聲抱歉，一聲抱歉能解決問題？
衞生設施太差了。早餐廳的玻璃杯衞生也是一言難盡……一堆的杯子找不出一個乾淨的，結果用了旁邊一次性的。不是因為今天趕時間真想好好理論理論給我個解決方案！

開元曼居浙江店，實在是差勁，住過的開元系列裏麪最差的一家！第一天入住，衞生沒有做到位，來了個所謂的經理，妥妥的二世祖，一來就罵樓層服務員，二是怪我在為難他，三是都是顧客的原因顧客太挑刺，四是問題不解決還過來甩臉色，最後問題留着服務員過來處理，五是住兩天離店時還在前台甩臉色，**一個！六是我的車被做手腳了，塗了油污，一句話，太差勁了！還有，早餐也是開元酒店系列最XL差的一家！嚴重懷疑曼居是不是加盟酒店。

一家位置比較好的酒店，旁邊很多賣鮮花的，看了下是花鳥批發市場，酒店的裝修還蠻温馨的，乾淨整潔，特別想説下，他家的洗手液，洗護用品味道很好聞，住的很舒服，前台工作人員和房掃阿姨都很熱情親切，問她們周邊能去哪逛逛回答的也很耐心，自助早餐品種豐富，真的不錯。

這家酒店的設施令人印象深刻，從房間清潔度到床鋪舒適度，每個細節都無可挑剔，服務人員熱情周到細緻入微，讓我賓至如歸，酒店的早餐品質也非常的出色，因為我帶老婆到浙醫看病，因腿腳不方便，辦理入住的時候前台小哥哥還幫忙攙扶，和我一起送到房間！特別表揚與感謝！中午因為來回跑忘記給家人點餐，讓人意外的是這家酒店還有性價比超級高的盒飯！點贊點贊，強烈推薦這家酒店！！

這次來杭州非常開心！精心挑選了一家酒店也是賓至如歸的體驗！到錢塘江邊很近，打個車起步價，進門辦理入住前，前台小哥哥小姐姐非常的熱情！訂的的房間小，也給免費升級！房間裏也乾淨整潔！最主要是早餐非常的不錯，中西合併是自助可以自己挑選，下次來杭州還住這裏

覺得周圍環境不咋樣，酒店房間也談不上很大，價格隨地段偏高，，將近300還沒早餐，感覺就是地理位置的價格吧
