We only stayed one night but everything was perfect. We had an amazing welcome and they even left us a surprise for my friend birthday!! Great breakfast with a view on the tea fields; the room was very clean and everyone made sure we had a great stay, including Jun Jun.

We loved our stay, it’s a very tranquil hotel with a lot of greenery and provides a personal experience. The room had a courtyard view and was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and very tasty. There are many great places to dine within a few minutes drive. We would like to thank Junjun as she very helpful.

The hotel location is awesome, it’s very close to Lingyin template, only around 3 kilometers away. The breakfast is tasty, the dining area has great view.

The room is very comfortable and suitable for a family trip. It is very convenient to visit West Lake, and the scenery is right outside! The hotel restaurant is also delicious. The housekeeper Yuanyuan also helped the children with a desk lamp to do their homework, which is very good! If this is the standard of Ctrip's five-star rating, then Atour is seven-star. Poor decoration, no-name bathroom and accessories. Seeing the five-star logo, 4.8 points, and a price of more than 1,000 yuan, I simply booked it, but ended up having another experience. In addition to good service and a decent location, in terms of hardware, 500 yuan is not enough. I recommend West Lake Villa, which also has a five-star rating of 4.8 and a price. I still believe in state-owned enterprises.

The parent-child room I booked has a large bed and a single bed. The room is not big. The room facilities are similar to those of the mid-range Atour Seasons. There is a charge for goodnight drinks in the room minibar. The disposable toiletries in the room are in the drawer of the bedside table. I had two main meals, both good, roast duck, fish are good and the price is OK. The location of the hotel is very good. Go out to Lingyin Temple and turn right to walk. Turn right for three or five hundred meters to Maojiabu, where you can take a boat around the lake. There are not many people. Go directly to Huagangguanyu, which is Leifeng Pagoda Jingci Temple. Turn left when you go out of the hotel to Shuangfeng Chayun. There is nothing, but there is a botanical garden, which is OK to visit. Opposite the hotel is a nursery. Traveling on May 1st, the flight is at night, and I want to delay check-out. The hotel does not agree, and it must be 12 o'clock. What touched me most was that when I came back from going out at night, they brought 2 cups of hot lotus root powder, 2 mugwort steam eye masks and noise-proof earplugs, which are not included in the terms of Ctrip or their own WeChat, and I was out for a long time in the middle, but they waited until I came back and sent them immediately, especially when I went there, the temperature difference between day and night was large, and drinking hot lotus root powder when I was shivering with cold was very warm. When I checked out, they also gave me a small god of wealth as a souvenir. 4. Dining: The buffet breakfast is rich and fresh, and fried dough sticks are recommended. The dining time is very considerate, usually until 10 o'clock, and until 10:30 on weekends. 5. Surrounding environment: Opposite the main entrance of the hotel is the Hangzhou Flower Garden, which is breathtakingly beautiful; behind the hotel is its own tea garden. It feels so good to have breakfast facing the tea garden. If you are not in a hurry, you can eat all day. The downside is that my room is on the first floor near the aisle, and other guests come and go. The noise is loud. As a remedy, the hotel provides earplugs in the room.

The hotel is in a good location. The room is comfortable. The front desk is friendly. The restaurant is excellent. The rice dumplings are amazing. The waiters care about the guests' feelings. Don't miss the scallion oil noodles for breakfast. The guqin tea experience. The teacher patiently taught the children to try the guqin. The overall feeling is quite satisfactory

The natural environment is excellent. It is in the West Lake Scenic Area. There is a tea garden in the backyard of the hotel, which is also excellent. I stayed in the basic loft and upgraded the room to a large loft. The room manager Junjun is very thoughtful. I added WeChat and pushed the weather and traffic conditions of Hangzhou every day. If you have other needs, you can communicate on WeChat. I will consider staying in this hotel next time I come to Hangzhou

The hotel is very close to Lingyin Temple and Longjing Village, and the location is excellent; opposite is Hangzhou Flower Garden, you can walk to Quyuan Fenghe, and it is very convenient to ride a shared bicycle around. Opposite the hotel is a small tea garden, and the air is fresh in the morning, which is suitable for a family to play and stay for a short time.

The hotel provides butler-style service, which is very considerate and will help immediately if needed. The housekeeper Junjun and the photographer Shanshan who took the trip were great! I will choose Shusheng again when I come to Hangzhou in the future. I stayed for two nights and had six meals in the hotel. Just outside the hotel is Hangzhou Nursery.
