I like this hotel very nice clean and the staff very kind.. we can use laundry machine for free.. we not expect that what i need on our situation.. location it’s good near bus but a little bit walk to MRT.. but u can use bus to MRT station if tired.. Recommended this hotelll.. love so muchhhhh 😍😍

I stayed here 11 nights on family room, this hotel is much much better than Z Prime and Grace hotel. This hotel has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. There are 2 robots that deliver quickly to the room when order food. The service at this hotel is very, very good (you won't get this kind of service at the Z Prime Hotel and Grace Hotel). The downside in my opinion is the small shower room . I saw there is a big one and ask the staff bout it, they explain because I asked for a quiet room, the side facing quiet environment has small shower room. There also a staff person who is very very very kind : 1. When I arrived I borrowed scissors to open my suitcase plastic wrap and he help me to open it. 2. When I was in the lobby waiting for my food delivery, this person approached me asking what was wrong and wait with me until the food come. 3. I asked for laundry plastic, this person also delivered it straight away. This person always smiles to greet guests. I hope that this hotel will develop bigger with staff like this and for this staff, I hope that he and his family abundant success and health. Sorry, I can't read chinese name so I put his picture

Room is good but there’s no refrigerator. Location is a bit far from xihu and intai.

This hotel in Hangzhou is so good. We’ve had an amazing experience. We stayed there for 3 nights. First of all, they had a very warm welcome. All of the receptionists were helpful and extremely caring. The rooms were cleaned and the toiletries were replenished every day. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot for the great service. I’m attaching some photos were you can also see how caring they were. When we checked out they treated us with tea and gave some wet wipes with alcohol. 💗

This hotel is great for its affordability, location and cleanliness. The double room is quite cozy and all the basic amemities are well stocked.

Even though the hotel exterior is good when you go inside the hotel room it was terrible. There where no glass cups to drink some tea so they gave us paper cups instead. And the staff members can't even speak English. There was a cute little robot who came and gave us the paper cups.But however I whould not recommend this hotel.

Here, you will immediately feel the gap between the direct-operated store and the franchise store. Not only are their staff well-trained, detailed, clean, spacious rooms, and convenient transportation. The thoughtful thing is that the breakfast is rich and delicious, with a wide variety and fresh ingredients. It really feels like home. It is my favorite among the more than a dozen Hantings I have stayed in so far, and I hope to come back to your home in Hangzhou in the near future.

The room is cleaned every day, and the front desk and cleaning lady are also very friendly. I live in room 406. Outside the window is the Riverside Park, where I can see cherry blossoms and willows.

We took a taxi from the train station to the hotel and stopped at another Hanting in the segregation. We thought the driver had made a mistake, so we got out of the car and asked. It turned out that we had booked one at the back. After passing through the Hanting in front, we would arrive at another Hanting. The waiter said that the room we booked was larger but did not have smart devices. There are snack bars nearby, but the area is older, not close to the train station and not close to the city center. It turns out that I mistakenly booked another Hanting Hotel. There are too many Hanting Hotels in Hangzhou, so it is easy to make the wrong reservation.

Very cost-effective, clean, quiet, comfortable, very satisfied! Convenient location, very close to Xiangji Temple, Grand Canal, Dadou Road, very quiet, slept well, hard bed is also very comfortable, spacious, shower water pressure is stable, shower room does not leak, family room provides 4 bottles of water every day, there are two windows, both have screens. Address navigation to Hanting Youjia, there are two front desks, the inner front desk is the right one. A very cute little bell was also given when checking out. The overall experience is very good, recommended!
