酒店位置好，停車方便，酒店服務人員服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，前台服務員辦理入住很熱情，酒店一樓就有可以加熱的微波爐，很方便.

房間寫的是18平，實際十二，涉嫌虛假宣傳。訂單顯示有一份早餐，前台一位女士説她那邊顯示沒有，讓我自己聯繫攜程，看來是我的錯不該在攜程訂，不，我錯在根本不該訂這家，住過最差的漢庭，從服務到房間到設施。窗户把手是壞的關不緊，馬路上車來車往根本不隔音，電視是小米但是很老半天打不開，打開了也很難用看不了啥，早餐就這？我還不如花十八塊去吃個片兒川！

該酒店位於杭州南站旁站前路，距杭州南站約五百多米，走路過去很方便，房間不大，裝修風格簡潔大方，唯辦理入住時因為是台胞，前檯不熟操作流程，所以至少花了半小時，等得火氣都上來了，還有另外一點也非常令人不爽，明明Trip上訂單有附早餐，但前檯說看不到，還要旅客自行打電話給Trip反應，另一旅客在攜程訂房亦是如此，反正就是****，折騰一番才拿到早餐券，此外還有網路連線品質不佳的問題，最後只好用自己的網路，總之問題很多，唉⋯

酒店地處火車站附近，環境安靜，前台工作人員很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，設施很好，床上用品舒適柔軟，非常滿意。

不隔音的，大半夜有人關開門都能聽到聲音，馬路上還有車聲和雜音，然後呢電視壞了，空調的話中央空調還要遙控反應還慢，地板嘎嘎臟，衞生紙都沒有衹有廁所捲紙
