房間乾淨，大小合適，和照片沒有差別，最滿意的是老闆人很好，看我出去吃早餐，路上下雨被堵住了，還給我送傘，服務態度很好。

設施簡潔現代，體驗舒適，牙刷拖鞋等細節有質感。老闆服務態度很好，非常人性化。離雷峯塔不遠，騎單車可以到很多景點。打算下次帶家人再來住。

客房乾淨衞生，工作人員服務貼心，幫忙把行李搬到樓上。住景區內，走路就可以西湖景區，周邊打車或騎單車坐公車都很方便～露天陽台晚上小夥伴們一起喝茶很舒服～

過年前去的，遇到了很熱情的小帥哥，詳細講了去機場的路線，還幫忙修理了空調。周圍都是民宿，距離西湖步行約15分鐘到花港觀魚，還算方便。

客棧很乾凈，環境優美。卧具被褥非常舒適。老闆很爽利，有點小問題解決的很滿意。客棧位於景區裏，去各個景點交通便利，出租、網約車、公交都很方便。

位置很好，環境絕佳，出門就是三台夢跡，往左是烏龜潭，往右是浴鵠灣。酒店設施夠用，衞生不錯。店主人特別好，處處為我們提供方便，走的時候還幫我們訂了車。

房間又破又小，和圖片完全是兩個樣子，隔音特別不好，凌晨有吵架的，大清早就有人嗷嗷喊，根本休息不好，避雷避雷
