Check in process was a bit slow due to pandemic control.. but everything else was very pleasant. Nice staffs, spacious room with mixture of fusion tradition Chinese deco and modern convenience.

loved this hotel- quite convenient! It’s central too. I walked from there to the Westlake scenic area. Really nice and comfortable stay! Great shower! Comfortable bed.

入住酒店感受：
1、房間每天的水果，兩根香蕉，一點都不走心，比很多連鎖差太多了；
2、入住第三天晚上，原本想在陽台上看看杭州夜景，在轉身的時候，腳被卡在陽台的木板與石縫之間，當時就疼的厲害，無法走路，休息片刻回到房間，發現搽掉了很大一塊皮，需要消毒，就給前台打電話，讓來個人幫忙處理一下，打了兩次電話後，前台小哥告訴我，需要反饋，我問了兩次以上需要等多久，慢慢吞吞才告訴我需要等半小時，如果真的出什麼問題，半小時酒店才來解決？
3、期間一個服務員來了兩次，一次送個指甲刀，我説你幫忙找個紗布，碘伏給我消毒，也簡單講了一下受傷的原因，讓你們領導來一下，回覆説領導不在，第二次送兩張創可貼，我説我這創可貼肯定不行，你幫忙找紗布，碘酒來，並再説了一下受傷原因，客服阿姨才去幫忙找；
4、當我聽完小哥説需要等半個小時，我對酒店處理問題太多已經很失望，自己在**下了碘伏，紗布的單；
5、真的是半小時後，一個女士拿着碘伏，紗布敲房間，就問我傷哪裡了，我給看了一下後，就問句有沒有扭傷，我説有點，然後我就沒有聽到關心的話（譬如現在嚴重不，看看要不要去醫院）估計看我在刷牙，她就退出去了，（還是我讓她待會**送葯的來，麻煩你們幫忙送一下後）出也沒有説如果後面有撒問題，可以隨時找我等等，後面我看了一下他們送的碘伏等，我果斷的慶幸我自己買了碘伏等
6、這次受傷並不需要你賠付醫葯，去醫院撒，但是你們解決問題的時效，態度，讓我覺得我住的是個很差的酒店，**的時效都比你們快；
7、值得表揚的：在入住的時候，前台小哥哥主動幫忙升級成行政房；

廁所馬桶沖水太小了，跟其他客户反映的普遍問題一致，紙都沖不出去，還是要改良。另外，攜程訂單上入住贈送水果紅酒和定製杯子，一樣也沒有，雖然也不太在乎，但是讓人有貨不對版的感覺……

酒店位置太好了，出行十分方便，離各大景點都很近，離西湖才1.5公里，地鐵300米，門口就是公交車站，南宋御街就在旁邊，走路100米，5星好評，本身建築也無敵好看

位置不錯，離杭州1號線地鐵差不多四五百米的樣子。酒店不大，但設施齊全。原本我定的是沒窗的大床房，但酒店安排我住到有窗的房間，就是窗小了點，考慮我就衹是住一個晚上，也就不在意這些了。
房間乾淨，洗漱區域蠻大的，這個我比較喜歡。小毛巾感覺是用的時間較久，所以邊上破損了，有浴缸也有淋浴的，馬桶是智能的。洗漱用品是薰衣草味道的，我覺得還行。
如果以後有機會，還會考慮入住這家酒店的

杭州住了一週最不滿意的酒店，進門黴味非常重，想着可能是潮濕就開窗吹了，但確實全天沒散。最詭異的是浴缸放水竟然會漏到衞生間地面淹起來，後面發現是下水口安裝問題，放了半缸水就沒敢繼續了，想了很多辦法漏始終排不完，淹到了第二天早上。如果説硬件壞是我運氣背的話還能忍，但是早餐服務是真忍不了。看評論專門加價定的早餐，頭一天定了9點的餐，但是因臨時有事，晚上專門跟前台説第二天提前到8點，還專門提醒別忘了。第二天8點果然沒送來，8：15打電話給前台催，一直打了兩個個電話都説在送了，直到8：45告知趕高鐵等不了了，不行就退吧，電話一掛2分鐘立馬送到了，服務員還一副不爽的樣子説不是定的9點，也是服了，時間提前了要説多少遍，和着説了那麼多遍餐廳要跟就不知道啊，前天是來搞笑的嗎？因為等這個早餐，險些誤了火車。
老是説酒店的早餐和裝修還是比較有特色，但是管理太差了，對不起近500的價格，以後不會在住麗呈的酒店了。
