預訂時看到有很多硬件設施，但入住時沒有，比如電視、灶台、燒水壺、咖啡機等等，垃圾桶、桌子和衣架是交涉後才提供的。趕上降温，最低氣温0度，被子很薄，沒有暖氣，晚上被凍醒。Wifi信號也不好，一關門，信號更差。停車費發票説會開給我，到現在還沒收到。
優點就是位置好，在市中心，離中央火車站和步行街走路不到10分鐘。建議商家將硬件設定添置齊全，配上好一些的被褥，如此好的位置，肯定不愁出租。
